Culture station
The official opening of the revamped station to station culture was held on 08.09.2007 instead. Around the station there is much to discover and experience. Now we explain to you what, where and who you find here.
Reise-Cafe-Point
In the travel-Point Cafe you get information about sights in the neighbourhood, accommodations or about events. Also you will find a selection of hot and cold dishes, ice cream, cakes and pies.

Another room is for the modal railway which you can visit every Thursday.
The mountainous landscape means shown with 125 buildings, a total of approximately 35 m² in size, built at a scale of 1:87.
It consists of 209 meters of track, 72 turnouts, 7 double-cross points, 10 in shape, 2 front, 15 light and 4-track signal lock.

Because Stollberg is situated in the Ore Mountains people keep up traditions in carving and lace making.
As tourist you get the chance to watch them.
The bobbin lace maker meet on Mondays from 13.00-18.00 clock.
The carvers meet on Tuesdays from 17.00-19.00 clock (youth) and 19.30-22.00 clock (adults).
